*Refund Policy: A full refund (minus a 10% administration fee) is available for cancellations received in writing by October 19, 2018. Registrants are liable for the full conference fee after this date. However, a substitute delegate may attend in your place at no extra charge, provided you submit a written notification before the event. Registrations received after October 19, 2018 are non-refundable.

** Please Note: Delegate passes are for the use of one single individual. Swapping badges will not be permitted. There is an additional $100.00 administration fee for onsite registration.
