As we return to in-person events, our number one priority remains the health and safety of all participants.
ACORE will adhere to and may exceed the recommended guidelines set forth by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to facilitate a safe return to in-person events.

FACE MASKS:

ADDITIONAL SAFETY PROTOCOLS:
- Daily health check required by all attendees. Participants should stay home if they feel sick or have any COVID-19 symptoms.
- Name badges must be worn at all times.
- Increased hand sanitizing stations will be made available at the event venue.
- Event spaces will be set up in compliance with the current social distancing and capacity guidelines to ensure you can participate safely.
- Guests are asked to engage in appropriate physical distancing and be respectful of all other attendees and their comfort levels.
- Event venues have implemented a comprehensive range of health and safety measures including enhanced cleaning protocols and filtration.
PROOF OF VACCINATION STATUS
When you Register:
- When registering for the event, you will be asked to certify that you are up to date on your COVID vaccination and booster and that you agree to follow the rules and guidance from ACORE, the event venue, and the CDC when attending.
At Event Check-in:
All staff, speakers, attendees, and sponsors need to show proof of full vaccination and booster to attend ACORE events.
For proof of vaccination, attendees must provide:
- A CDC issued vaccination card (original, photocopy, or digital copy/photo) along with photo identification such as:
- State issued driver’s license or limited purpose driver’s license
- Any other state issued identification card
- Passport
Exemptions for providing proof of vaccination and booster:
Patrons who have and show documentation of medical or religious exemptions from the COVID-19 vaccine must provide both of the following:
- Lab or doctor-verified results from a negative PCR or antigen test within the last 48 hours.
- Documentation of a medical or religious exemption, such as a note from a medical provider or an attestation from the patron that they have a sincerely held religious belief.
Please reach out to events@acore.org to request an exemption or if you have questions about our COVID-19 policies. Exemptions must be requested at least 5 days in advance to allow time for the approval process.
BEFORE YOU ARRIVE
*Cancellations within 14 days of the event are eligible for a refund worth up to 50% of a full-price ticket.
Please note that ACORE will continue to follow CDC, State, and City guidance and mandates for all events. The COVID-19 pandemic is a fluid and ever-changing situation. Therefore, new requirements may be in place upon arrival at the event, and we will do our best to communicate any changes in advance. Your health and well-being remain our number one priority.
